A common question we hear is Will it work with my inside wiring? The choice to use the inside house wiring is the customer's responsibility since Net-Venture cannot guarantee the quality of the lines. In most cases, inside house wiring has been sufficient. Net-Venture does offer inside wiring installation & troubleshooting. This service is available @ $75/hr + trip charge.

Another common question is Does VOIP support Directory Assistance (411)? Directory assitance is supported by VOIP technology & is billed at a rate of $1.25 per call.

Net-Venture provides expert installation if desired but most customers can easily install it themselves. Digital phone service requires a high speed Internet connection (typically at least 1 Mbps down and 256 Kbps up) plus a Net-Venture Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA). Most routers will work with the ATA device so if you already have a router, you have half of the equipment already. Net-Venture provides expert installation if desired but most customers can easily install it themselves. Net-Venture telephone support is at your service for any questions.
